This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations for subscriptions purchased through our platform.
By subscribing to Plan Music, you agree to this policy as part of our Terms of Service.
We want you to be confident in your decision to build your site with Plan Music.
If you purchase a yearly subscription, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment — no questions asked.
To request a refund, please contact us through our Support Form within 30 days of purchase.
After the 30-day period, all yearly payments are non-refundable.
All monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
You may cancel your plan at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund unless you qualify under Section 2 above.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first through our Support Form.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed through your bank or payment provider may result in temporary account suspension until the issue is resolved.
Refunds may not be issued for:
Domain registrations, third-party integrations, or other external services purchased through Plan Music.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
